UDISE+ ഹയർസെക്കന്ററിക്ക് 3 തലങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്1. Current +12. Current +23. +2 completed 1. Current +1National code കൊടുത്ത് ഓരോ കുട്ടികളെയും import ചെയ്യണം(ആധാറും ജനിച്ച വർഷവും കൊടുത്താൽ കോഡ് കിട്ടും-SSLC/CBSE ക്ക് കുട്ടി പഠിച്ച സ്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും Promote ചെയ്താൽ മാത്രമേ നമുക്ക് import ചെയ്യാനാവൂ)2. Current +2നിലവിലെ +1 കുട്ടികളെ മാർക്കും ഹാജറും നൽകി +2 വിലേക്ക് Progression method ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പ്രമോട്ട് ചെയ്യാം. 3. +2 completed-March 2023പരീക്ഷ എഴുതി കഴിഞ്ഞ കുട്ടികളെ (Passed/Failed)marks,attendance എന്നിവ കൊടുത്ത് progression വഴി promote ചെയ്യണം.Procedure for Plus one Students2023-24 അധ്യയന വർഷത്തെ വിവരങ്ങൾ UDISE+പോർട്ടലിൽ അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ🔻UDISE PLUS Student module log in ചെയ്യുക.2023-24 Academic year Select ചെയ്യുകഇതിൽ Progression Activity Click ചെയ്യുകഇതിൽ മൂന്ന് Module കാണാം. Progression moduleImport moduleDropbox/Inactive Student listഇതിൽ Progression Module ൽ Go കൊടുക്കുക.Class (XI), Section select ചെയ്യുക.( നമുക്ക് XI നെ XII ലേക്കാണ് promote ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്.) കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം Plus one ൽ ഉള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് കാണിക്കും. ഇതിൽ ഓരോ കുട്ടിയുടെയും Progression Status Promoted എന്ന് കൊടുക്കുക.Plus one ലെ marks (%)No.of days school attended എന്നിവ enter ചെയ്യുകSchooling Status കൊടുക്കുക.ഇവിടെ TC വാങ്ങിയ കുട്ടികളെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് കൊടുക്കുക. Class & Section to be promoted XII എന്ന് കൊടുക്കുക.ശേഷം update കൊടുക്കുക.ശരിയായാൽ Status Done എന്ന് കാണാം.Next അടിച്ച് ആ ക്ലാസിലെ മുഴുവൻ കുട്ടികളെയും promote ചെയ്യുക. Progression module ൽ View summary ൽ School ലെ മുഴുവൻ കുട്ടികളെയും കാണാം. promote ചെയ്ത കുട്ടികളുടെ status done എന്ന് കാണാം. ബാക്കിയുള്ളത് pending എന്നും.School ലെ മുഴുവൻ കുട്ടികളെയും promote ചെയ്താൽ progression module ൽ finalize progression click ചെയ്യുക. Note: 1.കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷത്തെ plus two കുട്ടികളെയും promote ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. 2.Plus one ൽ TC കൊടുത്ത കുട്ടികളെ Dropbox/Inactive Student list ൽ കാണാം.Finalize progression ന് ശേഷം school Dash board ൽ XII Class Select ചെയ്യുക.ഇതിൽ ഓരോ Section ലും View/Manage Click ചെയ്ത് ഓരോ കുട്ടിയുടെയും form status complete ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.(കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ UDISE ൽ ചെയ്തത് പോലെ).ഇവിടെ കുട്ടിയുടെ Plus One ലെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ (Scholarship,NSS തടങ്ങിയവ) ആണ് enter ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്Procedure for Plus One Students2023-24 പ്ലസ് വൺ കുട്ടികളെ import menu വഴി XI ക്ലാസുകളിലേക്ക് Import ചെയ്യണം.പത്താം ക്ലാസ് പഠിച്ച സ്ക്കൂളിൽ നിന്നും Left with TC നൽകിയാൽ കുട്ടി ആ സ്ക്കൂളിൽ നിന്ന് (UDISE) പുറത്താകും.അങ്ങനെ പല സ്ക്കൂളുകളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള കുട്ടികളെ National ID നൽകിImport ചെയ്ത് XI ബാച്ചുകളിലേക്ക് മാറ്റണം.National ID കണ്ടു പിടിക്കാൻ കുട്ടിയുടെ ആധാർ നമ്പറും DOB യും നൽകണം.UDISE+ 2023-24 Module-1 Profile and Facility Updation┗➤ Click here
